Haier Smart Home completes green bond issuance

Haier Smart Home Co., Ltd. (SSE:600690) announced the successful completion of the issuance of its first green and new medium-term notes for 2025. The issuance, approved by the 2023 Annual General Meeting, raised a total of RMB 1.5 billion. These three-year notes, identified as "25 Haier Smart Home MTN001 (Green New)," carry the bond code 102580830, bearing an interest rate of 1.99% and were issued at par value. The value date is February 26, 2025, and redemption will occur on February 26, 2028. China Construction Bank served as the lead underwriter for the issuance.
