Wintime Energy provides update on share repurchase program

Wintime Energy (SSE:600157) announced progress in its share repurchase program. As of February 28, 2025, the company had repurchased 223,476,200 shares, representing 1.01% of the total share capital. The repurchases were conducted through centralized bidding at prices ranging from 1.02 yuan to 1.71 yuan per share, for a total expenditure of 262,833,734.08 yuan (excluding transaction costs). The repurchase program, initially approved in June 2024 and later amended, has a budget between 500 million yuan and 1 billion yuan. The company intends to continue executing the repurchase plan based on market conditions and in accordance with relevant regulations. The repurchased shares will be used for capital reduction through cancellation.
