Shoukai shares changes audit team leadership

Beijing Capital Development (SSE:600376) has announced a change in its audit team personnel, as per an announcement released on March 4, 2025. Following internal adjustments at Tianjian Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership), Wang Jingbo will replace Chen Zhongjiang as the project partner, and Gong Dawei will take over from Shen Yunqiang as a signing certified public accountant. Wang Jingbo has been a certified public accountant since 1998 and has recently signed one listed company audit report. Gong Dawei became a certified public accountant in September 2020 and has recently signed one listed company audit report. Tianjian Certified Public Accountants will continue to be in charge of the Company's 2024 fiscal year financial report and internal control audit. The company assures that these changes will not adversely affect the 2024 audit.
