COSCO Shipping Development Co., Ltd. (SSE: 601866) announced that it repurchased 1,000,000 A-shares on March 5, 2025, on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, at an average price of RMB 2.305 per share. The total consideration paid for the repurchased shares was RMB 2,304,992. Following this transaction, the total number of issued shares (excluding treasury shares) is now 9,899,938,612. The company confirmed that the repurchase complies with exchange regulations and that information in prior circulars remains materially unchanged.
