Baiyun Airport wins lawsuit against Dego Airport Advertising

Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport Co., Ltd. (SSE:600004) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport Terminal 2 Management Co., Ltd., has won a civil lawsuit against Guangzhou Dego Airport Advertising Co., Ltd. The Guangzhou Intermediate People's Court dismissed all claims made by Dego, which alleged breach of contract regarding advertising media construction and operation at Terminal 2. Dego sought approximately RMB 523.41 million in damages and interest. The court ruled in favor of Baiyun Airport's subsidiary, and Dego will bear the case acceptance fee of RMB 2.66 million. The company stated that the judgment will not have a substantial impact on its current or future profits.
