Zhuzhou Smelter shareholder fails to execute planned reduction

Zhuzhou Smelter Group (SSE:600961) announced that shareholder Hunan Xiangtou Jinyao Private Equity Investment Fund Enterprise (Limited Partnership) did not reduce its holdings in the company during the planned period from December 3, 2024, to March 2, 2025. The shareholder held 65,370,510 shares, representing 6.09% of the company's total share capital, before the reduction plan. The original plan allowed for a reduction of up to 10,728,727 shares, not exceeding 1% of the total share capital, through concentrated bidding. However, the shareholder chose not to execute the reduction plan due to its own capital turnover arrangements and market conditions. As of March 2, 2025, the shareholder still holds 65,370,510 shares of Zhuzhou Smelter Group.
