Zhengzhou Coal & Electricity completes control change

Zhengzhou Coal & Electricity (SSE:600121) announced the completion of its actual controller change on March 4, 2025. The shift sees control transferring from the Henan Provincial Government's State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC) to the Zhengzhou Municipal Government's SASAC, while the company's controlling shareholder, Zhengzhou Coal Industry Group, remains unchanged. The transfer involved the uncompensated transfer of 66.55345% of Zhengzhou Coal Industry Group's equity from the provincial SASAC to the municipal SASAC. Additionally, 5.4768% of Zhengzhou Coal Industry Group's shares were transferred to the Henan Provincial Department of Finance. The industrial and commercial registration procedures have been completed. The company clarified that this change will not affect its normal production and operation.
