Will Semiconductor's controlling shareholder pledges additional shares

Will Semiconductor Shanghai (SSE:603501) announced that its controlling shareholder, Yuren Rong, has completed additional share pledge and release transactions. Yuren Rong currently holds 27.42% of Will Semiconductor's total equity or 333,472,250 shares. Following these transactions, Yuren Rong's cumulative pledged shares stand at 198,888,400 shares, representing 59.64% of his holdings. Added pledges totaled 17,900,000 shares.
