Dawning Information Industries plans expanded related-party deals, auditor change

Dawning Information Industry Co., Ltd. (Sugon) announced plans for routine related-party transactions in 2025, projecting an increase to 174.55 million yuan and pending shareholder approval. The transactions, primarily with subsidiaries and joint ventures such as Zhongke Sanqing, involve sales of products and services, technical licensing, and purchases, all conducted at fair market prices. Separately, Sugon will propose that shareholders approve the appointment of Da Xin Certified Public Accountants LLP as their auditor for 2025. This change comes as the current auditor, Li Xin Certified Public Accountants LLP, reaches its maximum service tenure. Finally, Sugon announced that they were intending to repurchase 88,000 shares of stock from shareholders.
