Air China reports stable share structure in February

China International Airlines (Air China) has released its monthly report indicating no changes to its issued share capital or treasury shares as of February 28, 2025. The total number of H shares listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX: 00753) remained constant at 4,955,610,672, with a nominal value of RMB 1 each. Similarly, the A shares listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE: 601111) held steady at 12,492,810,328 shares, also with a nominal value of RMB 1. The total registered share capital of the airline remains at RMB 17,448,421,000. The announcement, filed with the HKEX on March 5, 2025, confirms that there were no share option exercises, warrants, convertible securities, or other agreements leading to changes in the company’s share structure during the reported period.
