Taiji Group ends investments, funnels funds to working capital

Chongqing Taiji Industry Group (SSE:600129) announced the completion and termination of specific investment projects related to its private placement, redirecting approximately ¥20.07 million in remaining funds to permanently supplement working capital. The projects being concluded include the "Taiji Group Membrane Separation Concentration Series Innovation Technology and New Production Capacity Construction Project" and the "Taiji Group Science and Technology Innovation Center Project." Sub-projects within the innovation center project related to pharmaceutical research will also be terminated. The funds will be used for daily operations and loan repayments. The decision, approved by the board, is pending shareholder approval.
