Longi Green Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (SSE:601012) announced the completion of its share repurchase program, initiated on February 29, 2024. The company repurchased 20,177,564 shares, representing 0.27% of the total share capital. The repurchased shares were acquired through centralized bidding on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, with prices ranging from 13.23 yuan to 19.11 yuan per share. The total expenditure for the repurchase amounted to 302.88 million yuan (excluding transaction costs), achieving the minimum planned repurchase amount. The repurchased shares will be used for employee stock ownership plans or equity incentives.
