HNA subsidiary's lawsuit dismissed; no impact on profit

Hainan Airlines Holding announced that the final appeal in a lawsuit involving its subsidiary, Fuzhou Airlines, has been dismissed. The case stemmed from a debt restructuring plan following HNA Group's bankruptcy and involved a dispute over the allocation of debt among creditors. Fuzhou Airlines was named as the third party in lawsuits filed by Fuzhou State-owned Asset Investment Holding against Haitong Securities and China Development Bank Hainan Branch. The legal action sought to invalidate debt agreements. The Hainan High People's Court upheld the original verdict dismissing the lawsuits. The company stated that the outcome of the case will not have a negative impact on the company's financial performance.
