Yueyang Forest & Paper approves business expansion, leadership changes

Yueyang Forest & Paper (SSE:600963) has announced resolutions from its 2025 first extraordinary general meeting of shareholders, approving adjustments to the company's business scope and corresponding amendments to its articles of association. The proposal passed with 99.79% of A-share votes in favor. The company has also announced the appointment of Zhu Hongwei as chief engineer at the company’s 40th board meeting, effective immediately and lasting until the end of the 8th board term. Additionally, the board approved the company’s internal audit summary for 2024 and the plan for 2025.
