Dahu Aquaculture Co., Ltd. (SSE:600257) has released an update on the progress of providing guarantees for its subsidiaries under the 2025 approved annual guarantee limit. In February, the company added RMB 2 million in guarantees, which represents loan renewals. As of February 28, 2025, the cumulative guarantee balance for subsidiaries totaled RMB 115 million, including newly added guarantees, accounting for 13.13% of the company's most recent audited net assets attributable to shareholders of the listed company. These guarantees fall within the RMB 210 million total approved amount. The company confirms that there are no overdue external guarantees and that there are no legal disputes over guarantees. The company has also stated that the guaranteed party is a subsidiary, which ensures the company can monitor all the subsidiary's finances.
