Yonyou Network: Controlling shareholder pledges additional shares

Beijing Yonyou Technology, the controlling shareholder of Yonyou Network Technology (SSE:600588), has pledged an additional 30,000,000 shares, bringing its total pledged shares to 390,800,000, representing 42.42% of its holdings or 11.44% of Yonyou Network's total share capital. Including shares pledged by its affiliates, the total pledged by this group now reaches 467,300,000 shares, accounting for 32.88% of their combined holdings and 13.68% of Yonyou Network’s overall share capital. The pledge, to Xizang Trust, was registered on February 28, 2025, and serves as collateral for debt repayment. Yonyou Network maintains that the pledge risk is controllable and will not lead to a change in the company's actual control.
