Xiangtan Electric Manufacturing (SSE: 600416) announced that it has fully repaid 30,000,000 yuan to its dedicated raised funds account on February 27, 2025. These funds were previously used temporarily to supplement working capital, as approved at the company's board and supervisory meetings on March 5, 2024. The company's independent directors, board of supervisors, and sponsoring institution all agreed to the temporary use. Guotai Junan Securities, the sponsoring institution, and its representatives were promptly notified of the repayment.
