China Railway Group chairman of supervisors resigns

China Railway Group Limited (SSE:601390) announced the resignation of Jia Hui Ping from his positions as shareholder representative supervisor and chairman of the board of supervisors, effective February 28, 2025. The resignation, attributed to age-related retirement, will not reduce the number of supervisors to below the minimum legal requirement, and it will not affect the company's normal operations. The company acknowledged Jia’s contributions during his tenure, particularly in strengthening supervisory mechanisms and promoting the supervisory board's role.
