Adisseo proposes $483m dividend, eyes new growth initiatives

Bluestar Adisseo Company (SSE:600299) has announced a proposal for a cash dividend totaling approximately $483 million (RMB 3.3 billion), or RMB 1.8 per share, for the fiscal year 2024. This payout represents 40.08% of the company’s net profit attributable to equity holders and is subject to approval at the upcoming annual general meeting. Additionally, a mid-term dividend of RMB 0.06 per share has already been approved at an earlier board meeting.
