Haitong Securities A-shares to delist March 4th

Haitong Securities Co., Ltd. (SSE:600837) announced that its A-shares will be delisted from the Shanghai Stock Exchange on March 4, 2025. This decision follows the exchange's approval of Haitong's application for voluntary delisting. Shareholders will not have access to a delisting trading period. Upon termination of the listing, Haitong Securities A-shareholders will have their shares converted to shares of Guotai Junan Securities at a ratio of 0.62 Guotai Junan shares for every 1 Haitong Securities share as part of Guotai Junan's absorption of Haitong. All rights attached will be transferred to Guotai Junan.
