Wenlian Network: Concerted action agreement expires, no renewal

Zhejiang Wenlian Network (SSE:600986) announced that the concerted action agreement between its controlling shareholder, Hangzhou Bowen Equity Investment Co., Ltd., and parties acting in concert, including Hangzhou Lin'an District Xinjin Industrial Development Group Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Mingde Enterprise Management Partnership (Limited Partnership), has expired and will not be renewed. This dissolution of the agreement does not impact the individual shareholdings of involved parties.
