Jiangsu Financial Leasing shareholder plans to reduce stake

Jiangsu Financial Leasing (SSE:600901) announced that BNP Paribas Lease Group ("法巴租赁"), a shareholder holding less than 5% of the company's shares, plans to reduce its stake. According to the announcement, 法巴租赁 currently holds 213,545,175 shares, representing 3.69% of Jiangsu Financial Leasing's total share capital, and intends to sell no more than 30,350,000 shares via centralized bidding. This represents 14.22% of its total shareholding and 0.524% of the company's total share capital. The reduction will occur within three months, starting three trading days after the announcement date (2025-01-10) and ending on June 2, 2025, subject to market conditions and regulatory policies. 法巴租赁 intends to use the funds from the share reduction to expand its investment in Jiangsu Faba Financial Leasing ("江苏法巴金租").
