China Everbright Bank appoints new chief risk officer

China Everbright Bank (SSE: 601818) has announced the appointment of Ma Bo as its new Chief Risk Officer. The appointment, approved at the 25th meeting of the ninth board of directors on February 24, 2025, will take effect upon regulatory approval from the National Administration of Financial Supervision. Ma Bo is currently the president of the China Everbright Financial Research Institute/Postdoctoral Workstation, and General Manager of the Risk Management Department, also serving as General Manager of Intelligent Operation Center.
