Shede Spirits cancels restricted shares after staff departures

Shede Spirits (SSE:600702) is set to cancel 45,138 restricted shares previously granted under its 2022 equity incentive plan. The decision follows the departure of 14 employees who no longer qualify for the incentive, and the failure of three other employees to meet their 2023 performance goals.
