As of February 12, 2025, Fosun High Technology holds 961,424,455 shares, representing 35.99% of Fosun Pharma's total shares. Following the recent transactions, the number of Fosun Pharma shares pledged by Fosun High Technology stands at 707,300,000, accounting for 26.48% of the total shares. Factoring in the shares held by its consistent parties, they hold 967,812,180 shares. Additionally, the release of 124,000,000 shares from pledge, occurred on Feb 12,2025, and the plan includes subsequent pledging, with the company promising timely disclosure as needed.
