Dongxing Securities: Shareholder change, actual controller to shift

Dongxing Securities (SSE:601198) announced that its controlling shareholder, China Orient Asset Management Co., Ltd., will transfer its equity to Central Huijin Investment Co., Ltd. Following the transfer, the actual controller of Dongxing Securities will change from the Ministry of Finance to Central Huijin. China Orient currently directly holds 1,454,600,484 shares and indirectly holds 4,539,500 shares through Beijing Dongfu Guochuang Investment Management Center (Limited Partnership), representing 45.14% of Dongxing's total issued shares. The transfer is subject to regulatory approvals, including clearance from financial regulatory authorities. Dongxing Securities will continue to monitor the progress and fulfill information disclosure obligations.
