Citic Securities names new chief information officer

CITIC Securities (SSE: 600030) announced changes to its senior management, specifically the appointment of Yu Xinli as the new Chief Information Officer, replacing Fang Xing, according to a resolution passed at the 31st meeting of the company's eighth board of directors on February 19, 2025. The board unanimously approved the appointment. Yu Xinli, previously Head of the Information Technology Center, has been with CITIC Securities since 1999, holding various roles, including project manager and research roles. He holds degrees from Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and Tsinghua University. The board also approved resolutions related to the "Market Value Management System" and revisions to the "Anti-Money Laundering Management Regulations."
