ABC receives notification on Huijin's A-share holdings

Agricultural Bank of China (ABC) [SSE:601288] announced on February 14, 2025, that it had received a notification from Central Huijin Investment Co., Ltd. (Huijin) regarding its A-share holdings in ABC. The notification stated that 66.7% of the equity held by China Securities Finance Corporation is planned to be transferred to Huijin. In accordance with the Securities and Futures Ordinance in Hong Kong, Huijin has already submitted disclosures regarding its holdings in ABC. ABC is issuing this announcement to simultaneously disclose the information in the A-share market, as required by the Securities Law and other regulatory guidelines.
