Tongfang shares to transfer to China National Nuclear Corporation

Tsinghua Tongfang Co., Ltd. (SSE: 600100) announced that China Baoyuan Investment Co., Ltd., its controlling shareholder, has signed an agreement to transfer 1,008,817,542 shares, representing 30.11% of Tongfang's total share capital, to China National Nuclear Corporation (CNNC). The transfer is subject to regulatory approvals and is expected to be completed upon registration with the Shanghai branch of China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation. While the direct holding changes, the ultimate controller remains the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council. The company will disclose updates in accordance with regulatory requirements.
