Jonjee Hi-Tech shareholder drops below 5% after auction

Zhongshan Runtian's holding in Jonjee Hi-Tech Industrial And Commercial Holding has decreased to 4.48% after 9,000,000 shares, representing 1.15% of the company's total share capital, were transferred via judicial auction. The buyer, China Galaxy Asset Management, is restricted from selling the acquired shares for six months. Following the transfer, Zhongshan Runtian's total holdings in Jonjee Hi-Tech now stand at 35,110,000 shares. The transaction does not trigger a mandatory tender offer. Jonjee Hi-Tech will ensure Zhongshan Runtian fulfills its disclosure obligations.
