Jointown shareholders adjust share pledge positions

Jointown Pharmaceutical Group (SSE:600998) announced that shareholder Shanghai Hongkang released 58,020,000 pledged shares, representing 5.33% of its holdings and 1.15% of Jointown's total share capital. Shanghai Hongkang plans to pledge an additional 31,000,000 shares, equating to 2.85% of its holdings and 0.61% of Jointown's total share capital. Meanwhile, Beijing Dianjin completed the pledge of 37,000,000 shares, accounting for 13.38% of its holdings and 0.73% of Jointown's total share capital.
