ENN Ecological Holdings appoints new executive

ENN Ecological Holdings (SSE:600803) announced the appointment of Wang Bohan as Assistant President, effective February 18, 2025. The decision was made during the company's tenth board meeting. The appointment, recommended by co-Chief Executive Officer Jiang Chenghong, will last until the end of the tenth board meeting. Prior to joining ENN, Wang held positions at CNOOC Gas and Power Group and Hopu Investment. Simultaneously, Vice President Zheng Wenping has resigned from his position due to job change but remains as Chief Engineer. The company thanked Zheng for his contributions. Wang Bohan does not hold any shares in the company.
