China Southern Airlines announces management changes

China Southern Airlines (SSE:600029) announced changes to its senior management team, following a board meeting held on February 18, 2025. The board approved the appointment of Zeng Yongchao as Deputy General Manager and Chen Lu as Chief Pilot. Cai Qi was appointed as Chief Safety Officer, replacing Chen Lu who will no longer hold this position. Concurrently, Wu Yingxiang and Wu Rongxin will no longer hold the roles of Deputy General Manager due to job changes.
