Zhejiang Orient promotes Chen Xu to general manager

Zhejiang Orient announced that Feng Weiwei has resigned from her positions as Director, member of the Strategic Decision Committee, and General Manager of the company due to personal reasons, with her resignation effective immediately upon notification to the board. Following her departure, Chen Xu has been appointed as the new General Manager of the company, with her term coinciding with the term of the current seventh board of directors. The Board of Directors confirmed Chen Xu's qualifications following review by the Nomination Committee. The company expressed gratitude to Feng Weiwei for her contributions during her tenure. As of the announcement date, Chen Xu does not hold any shares in the company and has no related connections with other directors, supervisors, senior management, or shareholders holding more than 5% of the company's shares.
