Trendzone's controlling shareholder releases pledged, frozen shares

Shanghai Trendzone Construction Decoration Group (SSE:603030) announced today that its controlling shareholder, Zhu Bin, has released 4,500,000 pledged shares and 22,030,000 frozen shares. The released pledged shares represent 3.13% of Zhu Bin's holdings and 0.34% of the company's total share capital, while the released frozen shares represent 15.34% and 1.67%, respectively. Following the releases, Zhu Bin's remaining pledged shares amount to 108,000,000. Zhu Bin's holdings represent 10.90% of the company's total share capital. As of the announcement date, Zhu Bin, and parties acting in concert, hold 248,578,861 shares, representing 18.87% of the total share capital, with 43.45% pledged. Zhu Bin has no further share pledge plans.
