Tianjin Realty to amend articles of association

Tianjin Realty Development Group (SSE:600322) announced plans to amend its Articles of Association, following a board meeting held on February 14, 2025. The revisions, prompted by the updated "Company Law of the People's Republic of China" effective July 1, 2024, primarily focus on the stipulations regarding the legal representative of the company. Specifically, the revised Article 8 clarifies that the legal representative will be the director executing company affairs, and resignation from that directorship automatically entails resignation as the legal representative. The company has thirty days to appoint a replacement. The full revised Articles will be available on the Shanghai Stock Exchange website. The changes are subject to shareholder approval at an extraordinary general meeting and subsequent registration with market regulators.
