Super Telecom appoints new CFO amid internal changes

Super Telecom announced that Hu Hongyue will no longer serve as CFO due to internal work adjustments, though she will remain with the company in another capacity. The board expressed gratitude for Ms. Hu's contributions during her tenure. Following a nomination by the General Manager and review by the Nomination Committee and Audit Committee, the Board of Directors approved the appointment of Guo Yanqi as the new CFO. Mr. Guo's term will run until the expiration of the current Board's term. He previously held financial leadership roles at ZTE Corporation and Hubei Xingji Meizu Technology, among others. The company affirmed that Mr. Guo meets all necessary qualifications for the role.
