Shengda Bio-pharm shareholders reduce stake in company

Zhejiang Shengda Bio-Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (SSE:603079) announced that certain shareholders have reduced their stakes in the company. Tiantai Wanjian Investment Development Center reduced its holdings by 105,289 shares, representing approximately 0.06% of the company's total share capital, through centralized competitive bidding between February 5 and February 14, 2025. Separately, Zhu Yonggang decreased holdings by 135,000 shares, representing 0.0789% of the company's share capital, through centralized competitive bidding between September 14, 2020, and March 12, 2021. Following these transactions, the combined holdings of the involved shareholders stand at 94,153,927 shares, accounting for 55.00% of Shengda Bio-pharm's total equity. The company stated that these transactions are routine and compliant.
