Noblelift Equipment deputy GM resigns, remains on board

Noblelift Intelligent Equipment (SSE: 603611) announced the resignation of Chen Lisheng as its deputy general manager, effective immediately. The decision stems from Chen's personal work plans. Noblelift confirmed that Chen's departure will not impact the company's normal operations and production. Although stepping down from his executive role, Chen Lisheng will remain on Noblelift's board of directors and will continue to serve as director and Deputy GM of the controlling subsidiary, Wuxi Zhongding Integrated Technology Co., Ltd. The announcement was officially approved by the board on February 17, 2025.
