Lopal Tech completes investment round for subsidiary

Jiangsu Lopal Tech (SSE:603906) announced the completion of a capital increase and share expansion for its holding subsidiary, LBM New Energy (AP) PTE. LTD. The transaction, approved in December 2024 and January 2025, saw INA (Ptakasya Investasi Indonesia) invest $150 million, with $4.98 million added to the registered capital, alongside a $50 million investment from Aisis Alliance L.P., with $1.66 million going to registered capital. Existing shareholder, Changzhou Liyuan, will invest $30 million. The initial stages include $1.6 million, with $531,095 added to registered capital.
