CSD Water's shareholders conclude share reduction plan

CSD Water Service Co., Ltd. (SSE:603903) announced that the share reduction plan of its shareholders, Zhongchi (Beijing) Environmental Development Co., Ltd. and Xu Guodong, has concluded. During the period, the shareholders reduced a total of 5,953,000 shares, representing 2.33% of the company's total share capital. The reductions were executed through both centralized bidding (2,553,000 shares) and block transactions (3,400,000 shares), with prices ranging from 6.76 to 7.31 RMB per share, generating a total of 42,948,001 RMB. Following the reduction, Zhongchi (Beijing) Environmental Development Co., Ltd. and Xu Guodong now hold 40,060,866 shares, accounting for 15.69% of the total share capital. The reduction was driven by the shareholders' own capital needs.
