Bohui Paper's largest shareholder partially releases share pledge

Shandong Bohui Paper Industrial Co., Ltd. (SSE:600966) announced that its controlling shareholder, Shandong Bohui Group, has released 25 million shares from pledge on February 14, 2025. This represents 6.49% of Bohui Group's holdings and 1.87% of Bohui Paper's total share capital. Following the release, Bohui Group and its concert parties hold 652,871,937 shares, representing 48.84% of Bohui Paper. The cumulative pledged shares are 384,756,958, accounting for 58.93% of its holdings and 28.78% of Bohui Paper's total share capital. Bohui Group has approximately RMB 391 million in financing secured against the remaining pledged shares that is due within six months. Bohui Paper stated Bohui Group has the capacity to repay and will fulfill its information disclosure obligations.
