Youyou Foods invests RMB 30m in asset management plan

Youyou Foods (SSE:603697) announced it will allocate RMB 30 million to a "Zhongjin Xinyou" single asset management plan, managed by China International Capital Corporation (CICC). The investment term will not exceed 365 days. This decision falls under the authorization granted by shareholders at the 2023 annual general meeting, which approved the use of up to RMB 100 million in self-owned funds for cash management purposes.
