Wondux faces lawsuit over RMB 13.26m in project fees

Nanjing Wondux Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. (SSE:688178) has announced it is facing a lawsuit from Shandong Pingyang Temple Construction Co., Ltd. regarding a construction project dispute. The lawsuit involves RMB 13,256,481.69 in unpaid project fees, plus interest calculated from December 1, 2021, based on the Loan Prime Rate (LPR). Wondux stated that it has hired legal counsel and believes the lawsuit will not significantly impact its daily operations, but the outcome remains uncertain. The case stems from a disagreement over the final settlement of fees for a subcontracted portion of the "Yanzhou Coal Mining Co., Ltd. Ji'an Mine High-Salt Wastewater Comprehensive Treatment Project." Wondux will disclose any further developments in the case as required.
