Dr. Peng Telecom supervisor Xu resigns

Dr. Peng Telecom & Media Group (SSE:600804) announced the resignation of supervisor Xu Xuhui from the 13th session of the Supervisory Board, effective after a replacement is appointed. Xu's decision is attributed to personal reasons. As of the announcement date, Xu doesn't hold any company shares and has no outstanding commitments to fulfill. The company states that Xu's resignation will not immediately take effect, as it would cause the board to fall below the legally required minimum number of members. Xu will continue his duties until a successor is elected at a shareholder meeting. The company will proceed with the process of electing a new supervisor in accordance with relevant regulations. The company and supervisory board expressed their gratitude to Mr. Xu for his contributions during his tenure.
