Aupu Home Style Corporation (SSE:603551) announced the completion of the cancellation of 1,399,000 repurchased shares, representing 0.3486% of the company's previously issued share capital. This reduces the total share capital from 401,337,000 to 399,938,000 shares. The cancellation was completed on February 12, 2025. As a result, Tricosco Limited, the controlling shareholder, saw its stake passively increase from 61.9403% to 62.1570%. The company confirms this change does not alter the controlling structure or operational activities. The share cancellation was approved at the shareholder's meeting and has fulfilled all necessary legal requirements, including notifying creditors.
