Shanghai Golden Bridge InfoTech (SSE:603918) has received a response from its controlling shareholder and actual controller, Jin Guopei, regarding a confirmation letter about recent abnormal stock trading fluctuations. Jin Guopei stated that, as of February 14, 2025, there are no significant undisclosed events pertaining to the company. These include, but are not limited to, major asset restructuring, share issuance, listed company acquisitions, debt restructuring, business reorganization, asset disposals, asset injections, equity incentives, bankruptcy reorganizations, significant business cooperation, or plans to introduce strategic investors. Furthermore, Jin Guopei confirmed that he did not trade the company's stock during the period of the abnormal fluctuations.
