Fangsheng Pharmaceutical appoints Cao Xiangqi as finance director

Hunan Fangsheng Pharmaceutical (SSE: 603998) announced the appointment of Cao Xiangqi as its new Finance Director. The decision was made during the sixth board meeting in 2025. Cao Xiangqi's term will begin from the date of board approval and will last until the end of the term of the sixth board of directors. The board approved the nomination following qualification review and audit committee approval. Cao Xiangqi previously held roles at Southern Building Materials, Tianjian Certified Public Accountants, and Hunan Warner Pharmaceutical. As of now, Cao Xiangqi does not hold any shares in the company. The company says that the appointee meets all necessary legal and regulatory requirements.
