Chutian Smart commences issuance of medium-term notes

Hubei Chutian Smart Communication (SSE:600035) has announced the successful issuance of its first medium-term notes for 2025, registered with the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors of China. The company received the registration acceptance notice in January 2025, allowing for the issuance of up to 2.4 billion yuan in notes within two years. The initial tranche, issued on February 13, 2025, amounts to 540 million yuan with a coupon rate of 1.92%. The notes, named "25 Chutian Intelligent MTNO01," have a term of 3 years and are set to mature on February 14, 2028. The issue price was set at 100 yuan per 100 yuan face value. The issuance saw participation from 7 compliant subscribers, with final valid subscriptions totaling 586 million yuan. China Industrial Bank acted as the lead underwriter, with China Merchant Bank and Bank of Communications supporting.
