Yunnan Jinggu Forestry elects new board at shareholder meeting

Yunnan Jinggu Forestry (SSE:600265) held its first extraordinary shareholders' meeting on February 14, 2025, where shareholders voted on the board's renewal. Key resolutions included the election of directors Ge Yida, Liu Haozhi, Chen Kai, and Ye Zhengda, with all proposed directors securing over 85% of the vote. Independent directors Niu Bingyi, Xu Hongcai, and Shi Qian were also elected. Additionally, the shareholders approved the election of Feng Zheng and Lin Wengang as supervisors.
